We had DJ Marvin come for my daughters 8th birthday party. It was SO FUN- all she wanted for her birthday was a dance party- and she got it. The music selection was spot on and seamless. He played games with the kids which helped to draw a few back to the dance floor. He brought dancers with him which helped to get the kids going with easy to follow dance moves. There’s only 5 stars but I’d give him a 10/10 for sure!

Marvin was fantastic! We gave him a mix of genres, artists and songs that we would like for our reception dinner and he did a fantastic job of curating a playlist for us that matched the vibe we gave him. We had a small reception of 25 people and Marvin was fantastic at reading the room, recognizing the music/songs that everyone was dancing to and kept the dancing alive. Marvin made our party of 25 feel like it was a party for hundreds!

Marvin was the DJ for our wedding and was excellent!!! Everybody was dancing the entire time. Marvin incorporated our song list while reading the crowd and just did an amazing job! Also, he was responsive during the planning phase pre-wedding, was always totally professional, adjusted perfectly on the day of the wedding for those unplanned things that come up, and had an excellent sound system. DJ Marv is superb! His commitment to providing an excellent experience is impressive and rare. As former Fairfield, CT residents, my family and I came to know DJ Marv through the Sand Jams at the beach. His sets were really entertaining and our entire family always had a good time. When planning a virtual birthday celebration for my seven-year-old daughter due to the coronavirus pandemic, I knew there was only one DJ I could trust to ensure she and her friends had a lot of fun, although they could not get together in person — DJ Marv did not disappoint! He engaged with each parent and child as they logged on to Zoom for the dance party to make them feel welcome. While I provided a playlist (which DJ Marv followed), he did an excellent job “reading the virtual space” and added in some great tunes, which all the kids thoroughly enjoyed. During the party, DJ Marv continued to engage the kids with some “Name That Tune” trivia and freeze dancing! Following the party, many mothers reached out to ask where I had found the AWESOME DJ. I am proud to have had the opportunity to introduce families in our new hometown of Westwood, MA to DJ Marv. It was a wonderful experience that my daughter and her friends will remember for years to come. Thank you, DJ Marv!
